3. PRIZES

3.1 Provided that the winner complies with these Terms and Conditions, they will be entitled to receive the following prizes (collectively, the “Prize”):

a) one (1) pair of VIP tickets for a tour of the Red Bull Technology Factory located at Red Bull Technology Campus, Building, 2 Bradbourne Dr, Tilbrook, Milton Keynes, MK7 8AT (the “Factory”) (with food & beverages included);

b) two (2) economy class round-trip plane tickets for the winner and their one (1) accompanying guest from the most suitable (as determined by Oracle Red Bull Racing) international airport located within the winner’s country of residence (the “Airport”) to London (“London”). The winner and their guest must travel on the same itinerary and make all travel arrangements through Oracle Red Bull Racing; all travel accommodations are subject to availability. The winner and their guest must possess all necessary documents for travel;

c) two (2) nights hotel accommodation (based on sharing/twin occupancy) in or around Milton Keynes (the “Milton Keynes Hotel”) for the winner and their one (1) accompanying guest. The selection of the Milton Keynes Hotel is in Oracle Red Bull Racing’s discretion and subject to availability. A major credit card will be required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges;

d) one (1) night hotel accommodation (based on sharing/twin occupancy) in London (the “London Hotel”) for the winner and their one accompanying (1) guest. The selection of the London Hotel is in Oracle Red Bull Racing’s discretion and subject to availability. A major credit card will be required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges;

e) one (1) voucher with a value of £100 (ONE HUNDRED BRITISH POUND STERLING) for use at F1® Arcade – London (located at 1 New Change, London EC4M 9AF) against racing, food or drink in venue or pre-booked with the F1® Arcade bookings team.

The part of the Prize as described at Paragraph 3.1(a-d) shall be provided by Oracle Red Bull Racing and the remaining parts of the Prize as described at Paragraph 3.1(e) shall be provided by us.

3.2 The Prize listed in Paragraph 3.1 above consists of the Prize only and does not include any associated costs or expenses not specifically listed. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize that are not expressly included in Paragraph 3.1 above.

3.3 The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including customs duty, levies and/or other import fees to which any Prize may be subject, and any taxes imposed on their income.

3.4 The approximate retail value for the Prize is as follows:

a) £500 (ONE HUNDRED BRITISH POUNDS STERLING) for one (1) pair of VIP tickets for a tour of the Factory (with food & beverages included), as specified in Paragraph 3.1(a) above;

b) £2400 (TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED BRITISH POUNDS STERLING) for two (2) economy class round-trip plane tickets, as specified in Paragraph 3.1(b) above, provided this value may vary depending on the flights available at the time of booking;

c) £120 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY BRITISH POUNDS STERLING) for two (2) nights accommodation at the Milton Keynes Hotel for two (2) persons (based on sharing/twin occupancy), as specified in Paragraph 3.1(c) above, provided this value may vary depending on the accommodation available at the time of booking;

d) £280 (TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY BRITISH POUND STERLING) for one (1) night hotel accommodation at the London Hotel for two (2) persons (based on sharing/twin occupancy), as specified in Paragraph 3.1(d) above, provided this value may vary depending on the accommodation available at the time of booking;

e) £200 (TWO HUNDRED BRITISH POUNDS STERLING) for private transfers between: (i) the Airport and the London Hotel; and (ii) the Milton Keynes Hotel and the Airport, as specified in Paragraph 3.1(e) above, provided this value may vary depending on the flights and accommodation available at the time of booking; and

f) £100 (ONE HUNDRED BRITISH POUNDS STERLING) for one (1) voucher for use at F1® Arcade – London as specified in Paragraph 3.1(e) above.

3.5 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. Any difference between actual value and a variable value noted above will not be awarded.

3.6 We reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of the Prize) with an alternative of similar value in the event that the original Prize offered is not available. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of an event or any other Prize-related activities due to causes beyond our control. In the event of any such cancellation or postponement the remaining portion(s) of the Prize will be awarded as the complete award to the winner.

3.7 The Prize as set out above and awarded to the winner shall not be used or dealt with in any way that is incompatible with any applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that no Prize issued pursuant to these Terms and Conditions may be sold or offered for sale or other form of reward or incentive to any third party.
