    It’s beyond me why these airport operators don’t use CCTV to help identify the driver / confirm the Keeper was the driver, maybe it will come.
    But excessive surveillance of people & faces has to have specific justification which the PPC motley crew don't have. And how exactly does NCP or APCOA having a pic of a face help them?

    It’s beyond me why these airport operators don’t use CCTV to help identify the driver / confirm the Keeper was the driver, maybe it will come.
    They can still only write to the keeper and POPLA will cancel if the operator doesn't with the right appeal.

    Using CCTV would be an overreach when better signage and a simple barrier controlled system on entry and exit of the zones would be a better and fairer solution for all, but barriers don't generate PCNs do they?
