They can still only write to the keeper and POPLA will cancel if the operator doesn't with the right appeal.

Using CCTV would be an overreach when better signage and a simple barrier controlled system on entry and exit of the zones would be a better and fairer solution for all, but barriers don't generate PCNs do they?

So, even if they take a snapshot of the driver, how are they going to ID the face without an even greater breach of GDPR occurring?
