She's had a CCJ and her car clamped too. There's a picture of an Enforcement Notice. She's paid thousands to DCB Group over cancelled PCNs!

DCB Legal reportedly continued to sue over cancelled PCNs, which we've seen them do before because they appear to 'front' court fees and 'maintain' claims which is extremely questionable conduct:

"She says new fines are still arriving each week, despite the issue dating back to 2023 the period she worked at the pub.

In a statement, Ye Olde Bull Inn said they were actively working to resolve the matter with Smart Parking, the private operator of their car park.

    They said:

'‘We are aware of the concerns raised regarding parking fines issued by the third-party operator managing our car park. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we took immediate steps to investigate. An employee, now no longer with the business, had requested the cancellation of the fines in question. We have obtained documentation from Smart Parking confirming that those fines were indeed cancelled. However, it’s become clear that something in the system failed - leading to enforcement action being taken regardless. That’s what we’re now urgently working to resolve with Smart Parking, with a meeting scheduled for this week with senior leadership.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
