Hi IV received urgency not to drive as danger with my Citroen . My MOT  Citroen guy told me he can't do Stella this only. It took me near 2 weeks contacting s them on hold forever then cut off. I managed to finally get through to Birmingham I'm in Liverpool booked in for 3rd October but IV struggled and can't get help at all IV just called Stella this now after seeing the number on this site. Got transferred then a bott. Press 3 for blah 1 for blah some music & cut off. IV struggled since end of June my parents all family live 20+ miles away, I can't get for my prescriptions shopping as I suffer with nerve damage and arthritis. Then even when asking how long will they keep my car for the guy booking it in had no idea. I had to taxi here and there and cannot do it no more after Universal credit have taken rent surcharge I live on £120 a month. I can barely afford to run my car and it's just been MOT MAY. I am fully comp but through no fault of my own I'm told DONT DRIVE. Even calling DVLA on hold forever. And IV taken to write this because IV called the Stella this phone number of here for help. Disgustingly get phone put down on me after pressing correct digits the Bott asked for. I struggled booking it in but NOW MY BACKS UP I HAVE NO MONEY, NO PRESCRIPTION, IN AGONY, UNABLE TO WALK THAT FAR. IM SPENDING MORE ON TAXIS THAN FOOD . MAY I GET POINTED IN CORRECT DIRECTION FOR HELP FROM SOMEONE PLEASE?  KIND REGARDS

While it does not solve the car issue which many are facing. Many thread on this in this section.

Order food online from supermarkets & get delivered. Same with meds. Get chemist to deliver them.
