Is it not possible to check buyer's feedback anymore?

Till now I have always been able to check buyer's feedback whenever my daughter has sold something.  The reason she asks me to check it because on the mobile, it is not possible to check the feedback buyer has left for sellers.  It can be done on the laptop but not on the mobile (unless I am missing something???)   To me, what buyer has left for sellers is more important than what sellers leave for buyers as that is where you read about the whinges the buyer has made.
Whenever my daughter has no access to the laptop she asks me to check the feedback before she posts anything.
Till now I had been able to do it but today I keep on getting the message "sorry this user is not found".
Is there a glitch?

Must be a glitch - I've still been able to check buyer feedback (I check exactly the same as you!)

I just checked on my iPad  and can still see buyers feedback left for others. I’m glad it’s there as I find that a very useful tool, so much more than just looking at a buyers own feedback.

Is that possible to view on mobile app?  I have never been able to view "left for others".  I can only see the feedback received from sellers which is no good to me.

No I don’t seem to be able to view it on a phone, but then I find the eBay mobile app pretty useless generally.

She should be able to view it from her phone browser (I've never used the app).

Works fine on my desktop PC here. It's just the rubbish app that doesn't have the facility for me.
