Automated feedback

So noticed a lot of automated feedback rolling in - I notice it seems to come in around a week or so after delivery, although I assume the buyer still gets the ability to leave their own personalised feedback, and will it overwrite the automated feedback?

I think it's automatic 7 days after delivery if the buyer doesn't leave any or report any problems. 

The buyer can change it with their own feedback for 30 days or so.

I have noticed that buyers seem to leave more 'false positive feedback than before after ebay has left the automatic feedback.

Things like "quick delivery but darker green than I was hoping for"

The sort of feedback that is more like a product review than a reflection on the seller.
I think they are pushed into this when they see ebay has left feedback for them as I only seem to get it after the auto feedback has been given.

I think before,  they just wouldn't have left feedback at all.

As an aside doesn’t happen if it’s untracked or delivery confirmation fails for some reason.
