Utilita scrapping my non standing charge tariff

Just got an email from them saying they're moving me to a tariff with a standing charge, anyone else get this? I've been with them over 2 years.

Yes they have sent it everyone. Your options are to stay with them on the new terms, or switch.

They offer a pay as you go meter with no standing charge but they're not so great I understand?
