Anyone transferred MoneyBox cash ISA to Cynergy cash ISA

I have a MoneyBox cash ISA and want to transfer it to a Cynergy cash ISA however on the Cynergy website it says it can only accept transfers from providers BACS Electronic ISA Transfer Service and MoneyBox isn’t listed on this list. Anyone successfully managed a transfer to them? Thank you

Contact cynergy directly and they will be able to inform you if you can make the transfer. Though if I'm remembering other posts on the forum correctly if they are not on Cynergy's list it won't be possible.

The workaround is to transfer to an intermediate account, with a provider who IS on Cynergy's list. A bit more hassle but it works.

AFAIK they do accept transfers from Moneybox, select:

• Digital Moneybox Ltd

I looked just an hour ago and Digital Moneybox is not on their active list. Neither is Trading 212 which I want to transfer in. I have messaged them and the answer was a firm no, they only accept transfers from providers who are signed up to the BACS electronic transfer service.

The FAQ https://www.cynergybank.co.uk/support/faqs/online-isa-faqs does mention Digital Moneybox Limited but if you actually try in your account they are not on the list.

Would it be worth pointing this out to them and seeing what their response/ explanation is?
