Thanks for entering our ‘Let Birds Be’ competition! We aim to raise awareness of the incredible flocks of overwintering birds that rely on protected sites at Exmouth’s Duck Pond and Dawlish Warren in the Exe Estuary. Walkers and water users are urged to avoid the two Wildlife Refuges during this critical period (and all year-round at Dawlish Warren), as thousands of birds arrive to rest and feed after migrating up to 3,000 miles.
