Received HM Courts & Tribunal Claim Form

Hi all, I’ve been asking questions through this whole process as I’ll admit, I’m a little out of my depth fighting this. 

I’ve just received a HM Courts & Tribunal Service Claim form about a DCBLegal ticket I’m fighting, the claim is that I overstayed the allocated time, even though I never saw any sign at the petrol station I was parked at, it was at night for 2 hours I believe.

I’m just looking for some advice on this stage of the procedure? Is there a forum post that I can reference here?

Show us the Claim Form with the same 4 things redacted as you saw on all the other exact same DCB Legal claim threads.

There is no such thing as a DCB Legal ticket. They aren't a parking operator.
