Euro Car Parks - Notice to Keeper

I wonder if you can advise me on how to deal with this please.

My partner received a Notice to Keeper (issued on 13/8/25) from Euro Car Parks for parking @ the Blackheath Road Greenwich retail park from around 8.45pm till 10.45pm. He is being asked to pay £100.

    I tried contacting the retail park but they were not willing to help.

    Please see below the last correspondence I got about the parking charge notice.

    Could you please advise me on what to do. Thanks.

    You can see that joke letter already in the pictures in post 4 of the NEWBIES FAQS thread.

    When I signposted you to read it, I meant read the first four posts thoroughly, not just skim-read the first post about appeals. Everything (even court defence stage) is covered in that thread.

    We don't need to see threatograms. Please spare us from that laughable template letter chain! You were meant to be expecting it.

    It'll be DCB Ltd letters next. Again, don't show us please. It's in the pictures.
