Well if the company owns the property then you have an interest in it through your shares in the company.
It's an indirect interest as it's part of the balance sheet of the company for which they part own. As such it will influence what they can sell the shares for

Just because you are a shareholder of a company that owns stuff doesnt mean you get to use the stuff or have any material say in what the company owns. I can't buy a share in International Airlines Group and then insist that BA allows be to fly First for free because I own part of its parent company.

I didn't say she could use the property. I hadn't taken that to be the OP's question. Perhaps the OP could clarify what rights they are hoping to have in relation to the property? Otherwise we are just guessing what the question is really about.

    Hi.
    Could you please advise?
We have an ltd company together with my husband. He owns 510 shares and I own 490shares.
He bought a piece of land with company money without my knowledge and now he claims I don't have any rights to this piece of land.
    Is he right?
Was he able to buy this land without my consent?
    Thank you
you need proper professional advice on this.

he may be right, he may be wrong. It depends on: the articles of the company, how the land transaction was structured, and lots of other factors.
