With an issue date of 25/11/25 and having completed the AoS in a timely manner your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 29/12/25
What were you expecting from either of those two bodies?  When you submit your defence vai MCOL using our template defence, you will then be contacted.

Hello all again,

I think it’s time for me to submit my witness statement, I have a court date of early September.

I’ve found some previous WS’s on this forum which I can follow to create mine, but as I understand it this has to be a factual account?

The problem is, as it was over 5 years ago now, I really don’t remember many details. What should I actually put in there?

It’s possible I have an email parking receipt from the day, I’m not sure if this helps though, although they haven’t included time frames on their claim?

Sorry just a bit lost on what I should do at this stage. Thanks in advance.

Please edit your thread title to something more suitable like

Study the WS by JackR1 , see if it helps

Post the Hearing fee deadline date and the WS deadline, bearing in mind that DCB LEGAL will discontinue before the hearing fee deadline date, same as hundreds of other claims on here ( over 900 in the discontinuations thread by Umkomaas) , so keep checking your email inbox and spam folders for their N279 discontinuation document and then post a redacted picture of it below
