Two mobiles with Santander?

Currently use one mobile with their app. I want the second account holder to have the app on their mobile.

1.Do I need to do anything other than download it and go through the process of registering?
2. Cn or Do I need to register the number on the account? There does not seem to be a place to do that other than the Home or Work slots.

With a joint account you should both be equal in every way.  You joint account holder would be able to download the app themselves.
Maybe you can't see amend the phone number of your joint account holder because that's something for them to do rather than you.

Certainly there is no problem having the app on two different devices for a sole account, but this obviously has a single phone number associated with it. Presumably a joint account would need a second number associated with it.

    Suck it and see.

Joint account holder would need their own security details for the app on their own phone.

Each account holder will have their own customer profile, which they use to access their own online banking. They will have their own unique login details, contact info, etc, and will see any sole or joint accounts they are named on.

If you personally have multiple phone numbers then you can register them seperately to your profile, eg. home, work, etc. The other account holder will be able to register their own phone numbers in the same way. The only thing I'm not sure about is what happens if you both try to register the same phone number to both of your profiles.

Last I checked Santander won't let you enter mobile numbers for home or work contact details, which is rather 20th Century thinking !
