Terms and Conditions of Entry

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to the competition. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

A. HOW TO ENTER

This prize draw is only open to customers who have signed up to a LeShuttle Members account. It is free to open a LeShuttle Members account  https://www.leshuttle.com/booking/account/create. No purchase necessary.

i. The competition runs from 13:00 on 1st September to 13:00 on 8th October 2025.  

ii. All competition entries must be received by LeShuttle by no later than 13:00 on 8th October 2025. 

iii. To enter the competition you must simply fill out the form which is accessible via your LeShuttle Members Account before submitting your competition entry.

iv. There is a limit of one entry for the competition per LeShuttle Members Account. Entries are only valid in the name of the LeShuttle Members Account holder. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

v. LeShuttle does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.

vi. No purchase is necessary.

B. ELIGIBILITY

i. The competition is open to residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees of LeShuttle, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

ii. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. LeShuttle may require you to provide proof of your identity and that you are eligible to enter the prize draw - you agree to cooperate with such enquiries.

iii. LeShuttle will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, photocopies and not originals or incomplete.

iv. By entering the competition you confirm that your entry form and any accompanying materials and submissions:

- do not contain any material which is defamatory of any person or which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

- do not promote sexually explicit material, violence or any illegal activity;

- do not promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

- do not infringe any rights of any other person;

- are not likely to deceive any person;

- are not made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;

- are not threatening, abusive or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;

- are not likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

- are not used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;

- do not give the impression that they emanate from LeShuttle, if this is not the case;

- do not advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright or trade mark infringement or computer misuse.

v. LeShuttle reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition or if (in LeShuttle's opinion) you are in breach of these terms and conditions. LeShuttle reserves the right to contact the relevant authorities to report any inappropriate content you submit in connection with the competition or otherwise.

C. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

i. One winner will be selected at random from all valid submissions. The winner will be notified by email and must respond to LeShuttle within 5 days of being notified they have won ("Acknowledgement") in order to claim their prize.

ii. If a winner does not respond to LeShuttle within 5 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and LeShuttle will be entitled to select another winner at random.

iii. The decision of LeShuttle is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

D. THE PRIZES

Chilston Park Hotel 

i.    The package includes a one night for 2 people with breakfast and dinner. 

ii.    Transport is included to the Chapel Down Estate and back to Chilston Park.  

iii.    Valid until 31 December 2025, subject to availability. 

iv.    The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

Chapel Down

i.    This includes wine tasting and lunch for 2 people. 

ii.    Valid until 31 December 2025.

iii.    The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

Hôtel Jean Moët

i.    One night’s stay in a superior room for 2 people with breakfast included.

ii.    Valid until 31 December 2025. 

iii.    Subject to availability. If it is not available for the desired dates, an alternative hotel will be offered. 

iv.    The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

Champagne Estate Tour & Wine Tasting

i.    Prize includes lunch for 2 people excluding all beverages. 

ii.    Valid until 31 December 2025

iii.    The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

LeShuttle Ticket

i. The LeShuttle Short-Stay Saver ticket is for a car and up to 9 passengers. All travelling dates and times are subject to availability and must be booked in advance of travel. Ticket must be booked within one year from issue. Ticket is a 5-day return. Return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the fifth calendar day. ii. The winner is responsible for arranging their own vehicle for LeShuttle travel. LeShuttle's standard terms and conditions of carriage apply. These are available at www.leshuttle.com/uk-en/legal-information/conditions-of-carriage

iii. The LeShuttle Short-Stay Saver ticket does not include travel insurance, fuel, toll charges, food and drink, spending money, tax, pet travel costs or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above, and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

iv. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they (and any people travelling with them) are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents. Provide Advance Passenger Information (API) and has appropriate travel insurance and car insurance (including motor breakdown cover) for the trip in question on the travel dates specified.

v. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

E. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

i. After receiving notification by email from LeShuttle, the winner will need to respond to the message with their details to claim the prize. (See C.ii and iii.)

ii. The winner’s details will be shared with the prize partners for the purposes of fulfilling the prize draw. 

iii. To book the stay at Chilston Park and Chapel Down experience, please email tcapon@handpicked.co.uk with your preferred dates.

iv. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

v. LeShuttle does not accept any responsibility if you are not able or are not eligible to take up the prize. No alternative prize will be available.
