TSB Switch Offer, What went wrong?

15th August Opened

16th August Switch Requested (from Coop)

16th September Switch Date (so I don't loose out on my last £25 from the Coop before it closes)

Made 20 transactions in August

Today received £5, where is the boost of £20 instead???

Have I done something wrong....

Do you have the T&C's for your particular offer? 

Were the 20 transactions all cleared in August? i.e. none pending that didn't clear till September.

Did you log in to the app?

Yes all cleared in August and yes I have the app....I am presuming it is to do with the switch date??

Without seeing the specific T&C's not sure but appears so.

Just reread it, the switch needs to have happened and the extra £10 per month can arrive at different times to the £5. So heres hoping....
