NS&I can't login!

Hi All,
I've been moving more money into NS&I recently and am currently in the situation where I can't login! I know their website can be a bit 'clunky' but at the moment for me there's no 'login' fields for me to use on their login page!
Currently (trying) to talk to them via Twitter.
They have a pinned message from 2024 saying they have login issues! Certainly doesn't fill me with confidence when things like this happen...

Just looked and logged in fine.
For info:
I used Chrome on android device1 -
Thanks for the replies.
I've been trying on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
I start from the NS&I home page and click the 'login' link. This is where things are failing for me as I don't get the login page when I can enter my credentials.
Is anyone able to clear their cache and see if they have the same error?

As a new user I'm not sure if this forum allows URLs to be posted.
When I visit the NS&I home page and 'login' link shows it's going to take me to .../Login
But clicking the link doesn't work and I can see errors in the browser DevTools.
A Google for the login page does appears to work where it finds a different URL.0 -
Do not use a google URL

I've found that switching from my normal home broadband to a 4G connection works!?
I haven't seen this issue before... I'll have to investigate my router (hopefully not compromised!!!) or ISP.0 -
You can also log in using DuckDuckGo.

After logging in successfully using the NS&I URL I found in searches (checking the domain carefully!) all went normally. I've now found that testing the login link using Chome, Firefox and Edge all now works normally?
Not sure where the error was (ISP caching something?) or if NS&I was tripping up on some security thing. They can't understand either. Hopefully just a one off glitch and no one else (or me) sees this problem.1 -
Looking at the problem I had yesterday (reaching the NS&I login page) I've had a look around.
I've used the NS&I for years and years and have never seen this issue.
The problem I faced was clicking the 'login' link on the NS&I home page.
Hovering over the link it shows it will take you to the URL '.../Login'
After clicking, this is the URL I see in the address bar, but the page content stays on the home page, so no way to actually login.
When things are working the login link changes the URL to: 'secure. nsandi. com /thc/policyenforcer/pages/loginB2C.jsf' [spaces added to break the link] where you can login normally. As mentioned, visiting this address directly worked for me, before everything started acting normally again.
Searching for the 'loginB2C' URL I can see others have had a very similar issue with this. Last year it seems both Plusnet and Zen broadband customers were unable to login to NS&I. Very long forum thread here for those interested: https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Can-t-reach-NS-amp-I-login-page/td-p/1977075
A customer has a reply to their NS&I complaint there and didn't get any joy - just saying their ISP was blocking NS&I.
I'm just documenting this here in case it helps anyone seeing the NS&I login issue in the future and is looking for some background. Quite a scary feeling when you can't see your money!
