Hi Forum,

back again with another nuisance from PCM.

the wife parked in a bar which had bad signposting.
Basically a community centre has space next to an apartment block and its hard to tell which area belongs to which parking area.

PCM put a ticket on her widescreen and today we have received the NTK in the post.

PCN issued on 30/07/2025
NTK received in the post dated 01/09/2025 ( notice given (03/09/2025)

Received in the post today 08/09/2025 ( a week to receive hmm).

They are part of IAS.

Have they sent this too late and i can appeal further that they have broken a code?

Any expertise would be greatly appreciated.

If you read the NEWBIE sticky, you will see the difference between a NTK when there was no NTD and a NTK when there was an NTD, where different timescales apply.

It won't work as it's an IPC firm, whose appeals are heavily skewed 95% / 5% against motorists so you are in this for the long haul.

Have you done the Public Consultation yet? Sorry I don't know who has & who hasn't and am just reminding posters that the deadline has been extended and it's still open.
