Cancelling a VOXI Contract

Hi all,
My question: Do I need to do anything to cancel the VOXI contract or if I never activate the SIM card (i.e. never putting it in the phone) will the next payment not be taken or do I actually have to do something to cancel? I paid the inital "first payment" when I bought the phone so I'm guessing they will have my card details.
Thanks!
Background: I recently bought a Google Pixel 10 Pro direct from VOXI. The device came a few days ago and the SIM card came today. I have no intention on staying with VOXI, it was just the best deal for the phone - I already have a Lebara contract I'm happy with. The VOXI contract is 30-day rolling.

You should actively cancel the VOXI contract, by whatever means the terms say you should, and make sure you receive an acknowledgement.2

I made a similar purchase with Voxi for my Pixel 8. As I didn't want the sim card I just phoned them up and got them to cancel that part of the order. As the sim was never activated I wasn't charged for it.3

I'm thinking of getting the pixel 10 as well through them, so I'm glad I found this post. It's a really good deal!0
