Cancelling a VOXI Contract

Hi all,

Background: I recently bought a Google Pixel 10 Pro direct from VOXI. The device came a few days ago and the SIM card came today. I have no intention on staying with VOXI, it was just the best deal for the phone - I already have a Lebara contract I'm happy with. The VOXI contract is 30-day rolling.

My question: Do I need to do anything to cancel the VOXI contract or if I never activate the SIM card (i.e. never putting it in the phone) will the next payment not be taken or do I actually have to do something to cancel? I paid the inital "first payment" when I bought the phone so I'm guessing they will have my card details.

    You should actively cancel the VOXI contract, by whatever means the terms say you should, and make sure you receive an acknowledgement.

    I made a similar purchase with Voxi for my Pixel 8. As I didn't want the sim card I just phoned them up and got them to cancel that part of the order. As the sim was never activated I wasn't charged for it.
