Migrating from ESA for UC for daughter with special needs

Hi everyone, my daughter has special needs and I've long been her appointee for her benefits. I recently received a letter asking me to apply for universal credit as ESA is being phased out. Now, I am really confused when it comes to the actual application online. I've created an account in my name using my email address, checked the box that says I am an appointee and completed the rest of the form using answers provided by my daughter. However no where in the application so far does it ask for my daughter (the claimant) name? Have I got this right or am I going horribly wrong? Any help would be appreciated thank you!

It is your daughters application, so the account should have been in your daughters name.
So don't submit
Start again. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
I’ve done this for my son recently. I created the account in my son’s name, using my email address and ticked the box to say he has a appointee.0

The account must be in your daughter's name, who is the claimant, so as advised do not submit the claim.
I wasn't the appointee at the time but still created the account using my email and phone number.
The DWP (Jobcentre) are very good (I found) at these sort of migrations.0
