ParkToShop Tesco Hereford HELP

Parked in Tesco Hereford today 8/9/25 and tried to validate my parking ticket by buying £12 worth of food from Tesco but ultimately failed as I was 7 minutes over the 2 hour limit... Unfortunately I was held up due to a first aid incident by the cathedral (I am badly asthmatic) and couldn't return when I was originally planning to (well before the 2 hour mark). I talked to the lovely Tesco sales assistant and she told me to get in touch on ParkToShop's website. Went to find a contact number/email in order to appeal but the website seems to be down? This leaves me no way to get in touch! If I get a fine is it easy to appeal? Thanks everyone.

So go back IN A DIFFERENT CAR TODAY BEFORE THEY CLOSE and ask Tesco CS staff to exempt you on the Horizon keypad thing. They can extend your stay due to your asthma which is a 'protected characteristic' in the Equality Act 2010 (regardless of Blue Badge or not). Speak to a Manager. Politely but firmly insist. Do not leave. Hold up the queue. Exempt the first car, obvs!
DO NOT DRIVE INTO THE SITE IN THE SAME CAR BUT DON'T FORGET TO VALIDATE THE SECOND CAR!
Or walk in.
What do you mean by this because you are allowed TEN minutes grace:

How do you mean 'failed'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
