I received a ticket while supporting my client in an emergency.

I am a carer and I support vulnerable people in the community, this year in May I was in emergency and I parked my car in front of client house, due to urgency I couldn’t park in the marked bays and parked outside of it. I got a ticket which I appealed and they dismissed my appeal even I provided evidence that I was supporting someone in emergency. The agency is called Property and parking management. I didn’t chase it up after that, now I got a call from Debt agency asking for £170. The initial ticket was £60. I missed IAS deadline as well.  What are my options? Thanks

Ignore it.

IAS was (is) a kangaroo court where 95% of so-called 'adjudications' consistently go against motorists. You missed nothing!

Tell them if you move house within 6 years. Come back if you get a claim form.
