I'm having extreme difficulty in getting Smartest Energy to accept our meter readings. We are now on month 10 and we are still being sent invoices for estimated readings. Tread very carefully if you are thinking about getting your energy from this company!!!

As SE are a business only supplier if they do not respond to your formal complaint within 8 weeks you can refer them to the Energy Ombudsman.
If you haven't already done so make your complaint in writing.
In the meantime keep your own records and budget for a actual bill when it comes.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
