PCN private car park GXS & Moorside Legal

Hi all,
This is my first thread I've done and am hoping someone might be able to help.
Last December I was issued a PCN from a private car park (GXS).
At the time I disputed it and of course my appeal was unsuccessful. I did this via IAS and they told me to keep an eye on emails for a response, which I duly did and received nothing.
Months later I received debt recovery letters from Trace. I ignored all.
Then I received a LBC from Moorside Legal.
I consulted MSE and followed newbies thread etc and emailed them saying the LBC did not contain the required information of a LBE. And they have now emailed back.
Please see my pics.

Should I simply ignore? OR should I reply and reiterate they still haven't include the relevant information?

You could write back and complain,  but it won't achieve anything

I suggest that you wait for the inevitable N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post in due course,  because its the claim process that will end the case

    Wait for the claim but:

    FIGHTBACK ALERT:

Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.

    See this thread:

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.

I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

    CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do you have a copy of your original PCN?  Redact your personal details, vehicle registration and any unique references/qr code on the ticket before posting here.

If you don't want to post, what was the location and the contravention given and sequence of events?

If you login to your account with the IAS you may still be able to retrieve the adjudication (if any) that was made.  It would be interesting to see the decision and if it matches all the other generic push button dismissals made by the IAS "solicitor/barrister" adjudicators.

I've been through the same process with Moorside.....been almost 10 months since the original LBC was issued.  Chancers
