parking Eye Claim form

Hi guys,

I’ve just received this claim from from ParkingEye LTD on Saturday 6th September 2025.

Date issued says 21st August 2025.

this is the first correspondence I have received in regards to this alleged incident dated 12/10/2020

Ive moved addresses 3 times from that time till now during any of my previous addresses I have not received any correspondence in regards to this alleged incident.

i also on the car at the time there was 3 named drivers on the car in question.

due to this being 5 years ago I can’t recall being the driver of the alleged incident. 

Also I was on anti depressants via Prescription due to having mental health problems due to Family bereavement & panic attacks.

im now in a good place mentally and physically and want to get this sorted asap. 

If anyone can help me step by step what I need to do would be greatly appreciated

1. Have you asked the hotel to cancel the charge as you or I presume one of the other drivers was a customer?
2. Read the newbies thread.
3. Don't say who was driving.

Read post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  then login to MCOL via your government gateway account and complete the AOS online on MCOL ASAP,  today if possible 

Then your defence submission deadline will be 4pm on 23rd of September

A heads-up  -  you should use the Chan and Akande cases when preparing your Defence.

came across defence template and the 2 cases you mentioned should I send all that via email change the name and case number on the template ? To the courts email with my case number my name ect and wait there response

The first 2 posts in the defence template thread,  and the 8 steps there, explain what to do , on MCOL,  not by any other method,  so not by email,  not by snail mail either 

No court is involved yet, just the CNBC in Northampton 

You are using the defence template including Chan and Akande due to the alleged breach not being pleaded
