hi all - so received this email - do i ignore this? Surely email address is irrelevant are they just fishing?

Thank you for your online appeal submission.

Please be advised that the information we have received is conflicting.

The email address is different to that of the name provided within the appeal. We can also see it has been selected that you were not the driver.

Asyou have confirmed you were not driving, we will require the driver to appeal directly.
Please have the driver appeal directly to this email address confirming their full name and their serviceable home address along with the basis of their appeal. Alternatively, you may provide the drivers full name and serviceable home address so that we may transfer the liability to them, this will then allow them a chance to appeal.
We have held the matter for seven (7) days to allow you time to provide the requested information.

    Dear LDK,

You cannot 'require' the driver to appeal when I have appealed as keeper.

There is no conflicting information. I can use an email address with Donald Trump in it if I wish. The appeal came from me, and I am the keeper but not the driver.

Under the POFA schedule 4, registered keepers may appeal against liability and I have done so. Wind yer necks in and stop lying that only the driver can appeal.

KEEPER'S NAME GOES HERE, REGARDLESS OF EMAIL ADDRESS USED
