When Smart parking were in the BPA , it used to work 24/7 i could log 10 POPLA appeals in a day for smart cases and would work, it worked from 2012 up to may 2024 before they joined the IPC

It also worked on other companies from time to time

its more a case of pot luck , but works a lot less then it used to

Thanks - is that because they were simply unwilling to provide proof that they were authorised to operate on that land (regardless of whether or not they actually did)?
