Thanks, wasn't sure what to post or not - copy of parking charge

You sound surprised. Of course you don't pay! You can read the new MSE Guide (fact-checked by me and by Martin Lewis - separately of course, we didn't work on it together) to help understand why not to pay. Did you miss it?bennjiboy said:really? so what would the advice be just ignore?
Linked at the top of every page.
Come back if you get a claim form. Tell them if you move house within 6 years. That is all.
Or do the easy appeal suggested above. We know what we are doing. Obviously you don't PAY!
Please show the back of the NTK.
Oh look, they've also added an illegal £1.95 for certain payment methods! You could not make this up, but they have!bennjiboy said:thanks again - always get straight forward advice from this forum which is perfect,
will do the simple appeal and if a claim comes through will update
thanks all :-)
Appeal as registered keeper pointing out all of the above and then appeal to POPLA on the same basis, plus stating they have no contract at this site to issue pcns.
DO NOT IMPLY OR TICK ANY BOX RE WHO WAS DRIVING. DO NOT WRITE YOUR STORY.
Not I/me. Not "I parked" etc.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Actually, it relates to all payments and thereby, it exceeds the COP limit.Coupon-mad said:Thanks, wasn't sure what to post or not - copy of parking charge

I doubt the £1.95 is mentioned on any of the signs.4 -

You don't 'put your name as "keeper" '! Where did you get that from? No.
You are obviously putting your name & address in at the top & middle there as the person appealing (of course!) but you do not have to answer that last question.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Also question them about their policy page. Their retention period for footage/images is against GDPRPut in a right to be forgotten request after.

Maybe e-mail them direct with the appeal because they have tried to force the last boxinfo@ldkgroup.co.uk

No because appeals are not dealt with by ldk1
-
No you can't send an appeal that way. LDK are not involved.Castle said:

ZZPS are disingenuously (IMHO) doIng the anti-consumer 'back office work' here. They are behind this misleading webpage that pretends an appeal is contingent upon declaring the driver.
That isn't allowed.
But they get away with it because the BPA is now in cahoots with the IPC and nobody stops them like Steve Clark (ex-BPA) and David Dunford (the only one who used to show a real consumer ethic at the DVLA) used to.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, that was my error on the "keeper"! It wont let me submit the appeal unless i answer the driver of vehicle question?Coupon-mad said:You don't 'put your name as "keeper" '! Where did you get that from? No.
