Should this wording be changed

I’m appealing a PCN from Manchester airport and I’m going to use this template however some of the wording looks inappropriate. Should I reword it ?

It works!  What do you suggest?  You're not dealing with M&S or John Lewis. These people want to part you from your money, for no good reason!

As above  -  have you seen the following posted in the NEWBIES announcement from MPs  -  gives you some idea of the entities you are now dealing with:-

That's how they make their money - pretending to have authority.

You have an invoice from a private limited company like any other. A scamming invoice.

Feel free to tell them to fck off too. They don't expect it and it's quite amusing seeing them on the back foot.

Why would you reword something that works 100%
What exactly is wrong with it and dont take this as being rude but how does someone who has maybe a handful of parking tickets in their know better then people who have dealt with 10s of thousands of them......
