The goto these days is Mettle by NatWest. There’s few others like Monzo/Starling/HSBC as well.
Those are monthly fee free but not 100% fee free, Starling for example charges 0.7% (min £3) for cash deposits. Its possible to operate them fee free but that depends on the nature of your business

I do wonder if the OP gives all their products and services away without charging their customers? If they dont then why do they expect banks should?

    Judgemental.
However, the banks get to have the customers money in their coffers for the duration.
Not really, it's a very odd attitude the UK has developed towards banking. In much of the rest of the world there are fees for banks doing stuff and there being no fees would be considered odd or a significant perk.

Maybe the comment is more a self reflection though?
    Maybe it is!

But as most of the bank accounts discussed on this board are free, and many effectively pay users to have them (though those are decreasing in number) and this is a UK forum not a rest of the world forum, it's odd to bring it up randomly - and seemingly judgementally - in a thread about business banking. You could just as well add it to numerous other threads!
