You need to get a shift on ASAP, otherwise you will end up with a default CCJ, if it hasn't happened already
Try to login and get that AOS online completed ASAP, plus copy and paste your claim history below as I asked yesterday, because the deadline has either passed or is imminent ! ( Monday 8th , 4pm , tomorrow )1 -
As you can see, you have missed the AoS date (unless you submitted it) and your defence is due tomorrow: -
Issue Date Served Date AoS Due Defence Due 04/08/25 09/08/25 23/08/25 08/09/25 2 -
Due tomorrow ONLY if they did the AOS at any time (and before any default judgment).Le_Kirk said:As you can see, you have missed the AoS date (unless you submitted it) and your defence is due tomorrow: -Issue Date Served Date AoS Due Defence Due 04/08/25 09/08/25 23/08/25 08/09/25
Now is good. Keeps it safe until tomorrow.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I get claim number or password incorrect...0

You are either typing in a capital I (eye) in the password as a lower case l (ell) or you are putting it in the wrong place. Wrong box. It's not a claim you've made.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
