Parking Charge Notice

Would like some advice regarding a windscreen PCN from Bridge Pam please.

I parked on a street outside some shops and there was no contractual signs or road markings in the location where I parked. I have since been informed that there was a sign inplace but it's been missing for a little while, either removed or damaged.  I have rechecked my evidence photos and you can see that a sign holder is still around a post where the sign would have been.

I tried asking the landowner to withdraw the PCN but they said they don't have any involvement with the parking enforcement and also told me there are other signs dotted around further up the street that are sufficient enough.  I went back again, twice, and told them about the missing sign and they have been unresponsive, so they have neither confirmed or denied that a sign was once inplace.

I didn't really know what next steps I should take.

Thank you

To add, it's been week since PCN was put on my screen and I haven't received anything further in the post.

They can't write until October anyway.

Show us the image with the missing sign.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is there a Company name and Company registration number on the windscreen PCN?

Yes, Company name and registration number is included.
And the follow up question is; What name and what registration number is included on the PCN, because Bridge PAM is in the process of being liquidated.

Does this mean I'm best to ignore or should I still submit an appeal at day 25/26?

Is there another thread similar? -  should the DVLA  be contacted demanding who they sold the motorists data to from before the parking event to date.
