Just spotted the thread heading says G24. What to do and what happens now is all covered in the NEWBIES thread post 2 in the WS and evidence section.

DCB sent this now so they would still take a payment 0 -
Standard stuff, ignore

The claimant had 6 years from the incident date to start legal proceedings, Limitations Act 1980, so within the law, court was always a possibility from day 1, especially when you as the defendant victim failed to pay the pcn
Your original post said 3 years, not 6 years
Having a court date pencilled in is irrelevant if they discontinue or dont pay the hearing fee !
Its not inked in if its not paid for
Even if it gets to the hearing, it's not a murder trial, either you owe some money, or you don't
If it doesn't get that far, you don't
Ps, your name is on show in that picture2 -

Eh? Obviously defending is free otherwise there would be no justice.
Surely you aren't planning on paying the Claimant's hearing fee for them?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Somebody should phone the court after the deadline date to see if they actually paid the fee for the hearing , or failed to pay
Keep checking the inbox and spam folders for their N279 NoD document, a discontinuation, too
Nobody on your side will pay a penny unless a judge orders it, in court1
