Credit Card fraud keeps happening on my account

Hi all,

4 weeks ago I noticed that my credit card details had been stole and a lot payments had been made which I didn't make, after phoning the fraud department they cancel the card and refunded me all of the transactions and they gave me a new card. They also gave me advice, not to save the new card to any websites. 4 weeks later I found another fraud transaction on the new card, the new card is only saved on PayPal with multiple of other cards and I authorised some payments with it via Stripe. All of the payments are bypassing the app or phone verification that is set up, (you have confirm the payment via the banking app or code)  I only use the banking app to check my account, I checked to see if anyone had added a new phone to my bank account and they haven't I also ran an anti virus on my phone and nothing.
Can someone explain to me how this keeps happening? Or give me any advice.

Thanks

Is the transaction on the new card with the same merchant as any of the prior ones? Your bank should be able to tell you if it was made under a continuous payment authority if it is. CPAs survive the change of a card

They didn't make that link, they said it was a new Spotify subscription. I do think they set up a Spotify subscription the first time the details were stolen, but I currently can't check until the account is back up and running.

PayPal have had some fraud issues recently (in the last week or two). Could you be caught up in those?

I don't think this has anything to do with PayPal's automatic payments, and the payments that were made are from retailers that I have never used and the new payment is a service that I never user. But thanks for the heads up about this, lucky I have a small credit limit on my card.

Just checked my statement this was the first time this payment was made. Unless it was set up and declined the first time around, as declined transactions don’t show on the statement, I also noticed that some of the old fraudulent transactions have been removed, these are the closest ones to when I reported it as fraud.
