How to get a facebook account deleted that you cant log into

Hi, ive been trying for years to get facebook to delete an old account of mine that i cant delete myself as its on an old email network i havnt had for years so cant remember the password and cant reset password as ive that email address hasnt existed for a decade.
Fb can see there has been no activity on the account for a decade. Ive tried reporting it as a fake accout many times, tried emailing FB and threatening ICO complaint as i have a legal right to remove my data but nothing gets any response. So mych for GDPR!
Any other ideas out there please?

have you tried to get the account changed based on government id?
not sure ICO or GDPR apply as Facebook own the data not you.0
