DCB Legal Court Hearing Stage - Receiving phone calls from DCB Legal

So I’ve just been appointed a county court hearing date for end of Jan and in the process of submitting my witness statement.
My situation is that they’re attempting to fine me for parking on the pavement within the private parking area which I live in, however, where I parked my motorbike is the correct place for motorbike parking and just so happens to be on the pavement. This was confirmed by the property owner and land managers. (I have this in writing)
They are also attempting to fine me for not displaying a permit however motorbikes are not issued a permit at my residence as where would they be attached? (I also have this in writing from the land managers)
I’m obviously not paying them a penny as I have done nothing wrong lol.
I’ve followed all the defence guidance beforehand and now at the court hearing stage.
DCB Legal have been calling me twice a month for the past 4 months continuously asking for a callback. Am I okay to keep ignoring them?

Write to them and say that all correspondence needs to be in writing, by letter or by email, and that you will not engage with them on the phone.3

When DCBL start phoning or text, they want to scare you into paying which you won't
Reading the DCBL DISCONTINUATION thread will help......... and then play the game because their KRAY TWINS lark will not work with you1
