Parking fine escalation. DCBL

Hi. We received a parking ticket at monks cross in York. The parking time allowed was 4 hours but we parked for 4 hours, 10 minutes and 23 seconds. I'm of the understanding that we are allowed 10 mins grace.
I've ignored all their letters and phone calls but just received the following letter. I'd be grateful for any advice. i Have looked inn the forums for similar threads but can't find the one which provides advice.

Plenty of advice on here about ignoring powerless debt collectors letters, including the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, in post 4
So IGNORE dcbl
Come back to this thread if or when you receive a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice from a legal firm like DCB Legal1 -

It is yes, sorry, the thread title threw me by saying DCBL , instead of correctly saying DCB LEGAL
The top of the post was cut off when I was using my reply box
The OP should email the standard LoC response template in the newbies sticky thread in announcements to DCB Legal, then await the inevitable court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post , when G24 give them the go ahead
Nothing to do with DCBL4
