Shiply not refunding me

I used this site to find a courier. At the point of paying for the courier I ticked that I would also like a protection plan as it seemed to only be roughly an extra £25. It was only once the payment had been processed that I realised there was still a remaining sum to be paid to the courier upon delivery of the item, meaning the total cost of the payment plan was £135. I’ve now sent countless emails to shiply- they’ve added the amount I paid as ‘credit’. I do not want credit, I want a full refund. They are online only now (no phone number) and are ignoring my emails. They respond to all complaints on trustpilot saying to email support@shiply.com. I imagine they also then ignore those emails! I’m not sure what else I can do? Does anyone have any experience with shiply like this and was it resolved? Many thanks
