Prize: One Deluxe Losehill Gourmet midweek break for two at Losehill House Hotel & Spa, including Taste of Losehill experiences and a Wine Flight served with dinner at Grafene, the hotel’s two-AA-Rosette restaurant.
Eligibility: Entrants must be UK residents aged 18+. Employees of the prize provider, the publisher and their immediate families/agents are not eligible.
Validity & booking: Prize is valid for 12 months from winner notification and must be booked and taken within that period. Midweek only (Sun–Thu nights); Fri/Sat nights excluded. Booking subject to hotel availability.
Blackout dates: UK school holidays, bank holidays, 24 Dec–2 Jan, Valentine’s (14 Feb), Easter weekend and other peak dates at the hotel’s discretion.
What’s included:
• Overnight midweek stay for two sharing one room (room category allocated by the hotel).
• “Taste of Losehill” dining experiences for two and a Wine Flight for two at Grafene. Menu components may vary seasonally.
• Breakfast for two.
• Access to spa facilities during standard opening hours (treatments not included).
What’s not included: Travel, transfers, insurance, additional food and drink, minibar, spa treatments, room upgrades, late check-out, gratuities and any other costs not expressly stated.
Alcohol & alternatives: The Wine Flight is for guests 18+; ID may be required. A non-alcoholic pairing or soft-drink alternative can be provided on request.
Accessibility & dietary needs: Please advise the hotel of any accessibility requirements or dietary needs at least 7 days before arrival; the hotel will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate.
Non-transferable: Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is offered. The hotel reserves the right to substitute elements of equal or greater value if necessary.
Changes & no-shows: Once confirmed, booking changes are at the hotel’s discretion and may not be possible within 72 hours of arrival. No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture.
Conduct & policies: Standard hotel policies apply (including spa etiquette, check-in/out times and smoking/pet policies). The hotel may refuse service if policies are breached.
Publisher administration: Winner selection, notification and data processing will be managed by the publisher under their standard competition terms. The winner’s contact details will be shared with Losehill House solely for prize fulfilment.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonable publicity (e.g., first name/town) by the publisher and prize provider.
Liability: Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the prize provider is not responsible for personal loss, injury or damage sustained in connection with the prize. Winner is responsible for suitable travel insurance.
General: The prize provider reserves the right to amend these terms if events beyond its control make this unavoidable and to withdraw or suspend the prize if cheating, fraud or technical failure impacts the promotion.
