Hi, I am so sorry I missed all these comments. Moorside filed a discontinuance a day or so before the hearing and we got told just as we signed in to the court. Was amazing, thank you for your help @Coupon-mad

Great stuff … you won!
Thanks for updating but at court you could have asked to see the judge for 5 minutes to claim your costs (day off work & travel), due to the Claimant failing to cc you into the unreasonably late last-gasp discontinuance.
Too late now, but hey…
