Cancelling car lease before finance approved?

Recently enquired about a lease deal and received a quote online from Trustford. 

Accepted and filled in the finance application. 

However, not sure if misinformation from the rep or just different offerings but found ford via my local dealer offering a free wall charger on the same deal, which wasn't available I was told on the Trustford deal. 

Can I cancel this online lease/application without charge? Credit hasn't been approved/accepted yet, within 14 days of being sent the quote. Not sure if accepting the quote is the start of the contract or after the finance is in place?

Don't forget that the Consumer Credit Act and/or Consumer Rights Act will also apply, regardless of anything it says in the T&Cs.

But I would expect that any legitimate credit compant would set out your cancellation rights in the contract somewhere.
