Can anyone help / advise?
After much trying, 3.5 hours on hold when their contact number is in use and not
closed for staff training, only to be told that my order hadn’t even been dispatched after 10 days, countless emails, online form submissions and live chats I still cannot get any sense.

After still waiting over 3 weeks for an “ in stock “ item which clearly states on their website that in stock items will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
I am trying to open a small family run restaurant and have had to push opening back several times as we cannot open without this sink unit. I have used Adexa in the past and had mixed results, thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but regretting that decision!!!!
Don’t know what else to say 😭😭😭

It’s a business to business contract, So the usual consumer rights don’t apply. Can’t you source one from somewhere else and then try and get your money back from Adexa afterwards? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

Is this a sink unit for food preparation or manual washing up in the kitchen?
If so, take this as a business decision.
- You want the specific commercial sink unit so, given where you are, that is probably worth waiting for the correct unit to arrive from Adexa.
- You want to open the restaurant quickly and start generating income.
- The pragmatic interim thing to do would be to buy any available sink to do the job from a local DIY chain (many have sinks in store to take away) and get that fitted (even if it is on temporary supports) and get the restaurant open.
- If you put your mind to this as a priority, you could have the sink installed and working by lunch time tomorrow and open for evening service to catch the weekend trade and punters still with their payday money left to spend.
- Then swap out the sink for the desired unit when it arrives.0
