Dangerous ladder product recall!!!!

Bought a ladder in March on eBay now recieved an email with a link to gov.uk website saying the ladder is a serious injury risk so I can't use it. EBay told me to contact the seller who is in China I now discover no response from them eBay say they won't do anything and the ladder is still for sale!! Anyone else experienced this or any idea how to proceed please 🙏

with a faulty ladder i would of rung them but tread carefully and take one step at a time. You might need to go all the way to the top to get a resolution.

If you want your money back, you will need to sue the Chinese company in China, assuming they are even a company. You will need a Chinese lawyer.
