Joules X DFS Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is brought to you by The Harborough Hare Ltd, Company Number 14504304, Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4AT (“Joules”).
The Prize Draw

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win the prize draw and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.
2. This prize draw will run for the “Prize Draw Period” which shall be from 08:00GMT on 04/09/2025 until 23:59GMT on 30/09/2025 (the “Closing Date”). By entering this prize draw you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The details of the prize draw form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Joules’ sole discretion.
3. To participate in this prize draw, entrants must not be Joules employees, third parties involved in the prize draw, their families, agents or anyone else in any way professionally connected with this prize draw, and must meet the following requirements (the “Eligibility Criteria”):
   1. reside in mainland United Kingdom; and
   2. be at least 18 years of age or older; and
   3. have access to the internet; and
   4. a valid and active email address.
How to Enter

1. Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria (“Entrant”) shall be entitled during the Prize Draw Period to do the following in order to enter the prize draw (entries will not be deemed complete unless all of these steps are taken):
   1. enter your email address on the prize draw landing page at joules.com and opt in to receive marketing emails to enter the prize draw.

1. The prize draw must be entered into in the Entrant’s own name and using the Entrant’s own email address. The prize draw may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.
2. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that entry will be disqualified.
3. Only entries that have been completed in full will be entered into the prize draw. Joules does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries for any reason whatsoever.
Winner Selection

1. One winner (“Winner”) will be chosen at random by Joules on 07/10/2025.
2. By entering, you agree that, if you win, your name, telephone number and email address will be available to Joules for the sole purpose of organising your prize.
The Prize

1. The Winner will win up to £3,000 to spend on Joules x DFS items of their choice (subject to availability) (‘Prize’).

Contacting the Winner

1. Joules will make reasonable efforts to notify the Winner of the Prize via email using the email address provided at the time of entry no later than midnight GMT on 14/10/2025. The Winner must confirm that they accept the Prize within 7 days. If having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the Winner, Joules reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next valid Entrant selected at random. Any reselection will be undertaken in accordance with these T&Cs.
2. The Winner’s full name and contact number will be passed by Joules to DFS to enable DFS to arrange direct distribution of the Prize to the postal address provided by the Winner to DFS. By redeeming their Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Winner agrees to Joules providing their full name and contact number to DFS for the purposes of DFS sending the Prize to the Winner. Joules is not responsible for failure to deliver the Prize should a postal address be provided incorrectly by the Winner to DFS.
3. The surname and county of the Winner will be obtainable for three months from the Closing Date upon receipt of a stamped addressed envelope to the address in paragraph 1. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published, please notify Joules. In such circumstances, Joules must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Limitations of Liability

1. Joules reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the prize draw at any time. Joules’ decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred.
3. Joules, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
4. In consideration of being awarded the Prize, if you are the Winner, you may be required by Joules to take part in publicity related to the subject of the prize draw, and you now confirm that if you are the Winner, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph (to be provided on request) and statements concerning the prize draw and/or the Prize. You now provide Joules with a right and licence to use the entry on the Joules website, and throughout Joules’ social media channels, and to sublicence the right to do the same to Joules’ wholesalers.
5. All Entrants’ details will be used in relation to the administration of this prize draw and, if you are a Winner, the delivery of the Prize. Once the Winner has been notified, all Entrant’s details (save for the Winner) will be permanently deleted. Once the Winner has received the Prize, their details will be permanently deleted.
