Parking Fine for reading T&C - help with Witness Statement

Hi, I am looking for help preparing a witness statement. I have read the threads but cannot seem to find any case references to put into the witness statement. My defence is that I got out to read the terms and conditions, disagreed with them and left immediately. I was there for a total time of 1 min and 22 seconds. Please see parking notice, claim form and defence.

Thank you. I am looking specifically for cases in relation to time taken to read terms and conditions but cannot seem to find any. Sorry, as a newbie trying to figure out how this works! Are there any WS templates that I could use? Thanks againCoupon-mad said:0 -
No, we don't have cases in mind like that! Stop looking. No need! Just use the same start & finish and copy the form of words in the two I showed you and then pop your facts in the middle instead of theirs.
Also show us your defence you put in, as you are only allowed to build on that in a WS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not bad. Use the same stuff the other posters did and then add the story (similar to your defence) in the middle.
