Uber - additional charge after taxi broke down

Booked a ride home from a night out on Saturday evening, price was confirmed at £29.12 for 2 stop offs, all OK, happy with the price.
Got the notification the taxi had arrived 2 mins later, went out to find no driver in the vehicle, stood 5 or 6 mins in the drizzle waiting.
Driver finally arrived, we got in and set off fine. Half way through the trip taxi broke down, bad, dark country lane, apparently the engine had gone into limp mode. Driver promised to order an alternative to finish our trip. No second taxi arrived, sat half an hour waiting, the engine finally started and we carried on our journey.
Got home to find uber had tried to take out another £49 and £17 for the trip - I can only guess for the time the trip took after the breakdown?
Uber are still trying to take this out of my acoount days later, dispute me flagging it up about the breakdown.
I keep getting standard responses of yes it's a concerning trip, the price increased at 10:01pm. My point is, the vehicle broke down just before then, so flags to me the meter wad still running, so to speak.
How can I resolve this? Uber support is useless 😭 just keep getting the same response back with no actual resolution on the charges!
