A defence is written in the 3rd person,  so some sections need changing,  here is one example,  I had my son with me 

Frankly,  that fact seems irrelevant to me,  perhaps remove the sentence  ? Save it for the future WS

Also, paragraph 2 states little recollection,  yet subsequent paragraphs are very detailed,  both cannot be true 

Check if it fits into the 122 lines on MCOL too

Your defence deadline is tomorrow,  by 4pm on Monday 22nd September

I removed the line above and you right paragraph 2 and then following do contradict so I'm going to remove the end of para 2 because I do remember much of what happened parking there.

It all fits, 11 lines remaining.

Hi guys just want to update everyone what happened with this case

I got the mediation

Offered them 0 they wanted 342

Offered them 5 they went down to 270,ISH

Offered them 10 they said 160

Offered them 20 final they came back with 60,

I said see you in court.

We get a court date set

They in the meantime send me a email if I want to settle for 160,

Didnt bother replying

Week or so later they said settle with 60

Again don't reply

I get an email few days later from the court, they decided to withdraw the case.

So thanks to this forum and everyone here that replied and given there advice I cant thank you enough, this is another Win for the little people against these firms trying to take money that doesn't belong to them..
