Aura Funeral plan - MSE blagged deal query

Hello,

My parents took up the MSE Aura deal and quoted the discount on the phone. I am just checking if this is correct what they've paid.

The MSE deal shows £1645 when quoting aura50 on the phone, therefore as they took two funeral plans out it is £3290 in total. However, it is stated on there that there is a two together package saving £100, which they effectively took. Therefore should they only have paid £3190?

I just wonder if the two together saving for £100 can also be combined with the aura50 or whether only one discount can be used? They did explain to me they raised this on the phone but only one £100 discount was applied, not effectively £200 if the two discounts were combined.

I would think that the discount for buying two plans applies to those paying the full cost, not to
people buying at a discount through MSE.
