Good evening all,
I was doing some post work / dinner admin stuff and suddenly remembered this! I had radio silence since the last post. MCOL is not updated with anything apart from my claim was transferred to Manchester on Feb/2026.
I guess I won? since its well past the deadline and I haven't heard anything back?Thank you very much for helping me with this

It's either in limbo at Manchester court or it was discontinued. You need certainty because you aren't safe if you move house, so email DCB Legal to ask for their Notice of discontinuance.

Good afternoon.
I opened the mail today and saw the DCB LEGAL header, and I thought finally, they dropped the case, only to find out this is a new one 🤣
I was working in 2023 and parked at work and provided them with my reg number, and got few tickets saying pay, and the business owner advised me NOT to pay as they were going to sort it with them. 3 years later, I get this. What a joke seriously, I'm back to square one again 😁
I referred back to the newbies post and will proceed to send a respectful angry letter to them and the business owner again smh
