PCN Cancelled. Starbucks on A580/Rainford bypass St Helens

I recently got a parkingeye PCN cancelled after my wife failed to put her reg in the tablet. I emailed EuroGarages who are the owner according to the barista. Gave them all the details and said I can provide receipts etc if required. Got a reply a couple minutes later saying it’s been cancelled. No issue whatsoever.
